Steady employment with annual household income between $70,000 - $150,000
Verifiable charitable need - e.g. chronic / mental health issue, disability, hardship etc.
Willing to be / already enrolled in KiwiSaver OR have at least $10,000 in savings
Low / manageable debt & stable credit history
Evidence of a good tenancy, including character & landlord referees​
