The last 30 years have been very successful, with 100 homes built, which made a real difference to over 565 individual family members, however, the directors felt the company needed to be repositioned and rebranded to ensure the focus is retained on building houses for local BOP families in genuine need.
 
Our About Us page shows how our history dates back 50 years, the values of our Founder Directors and our targeted outcomes. We know that providing modest and affordable rent-to-own homes to families in genuine need, who are prepared to work to achieve it, has an extremely positive social impact for the wider community.  
 
Our strategic plan for the next 25 years is clear: to continue to achieve compounding growth in our building programme, ensuring more Bay Of Plenty families in genuine need are able to live in modest, affordable homes.
 
The Doing Good Foundation currently has 30 sections of land under development to support future housing needs. We aim to complete 10 homes over the next 12 months in the BOP area.
